Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, PS, 25tests

This mouse monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies is conjugated with PerCP-Cy5.5 and targets the CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex. Clone UCHT1 recognizes an approximately 20 kDa protein expressed on roughly 95% of mature T cells and NK-T cells, and variably on thymocytes. A majority of T cell neoplasms also express CD3. The antibody is of mouse (BALB/c) origin with an IgG1, kappa isotype, and was generated using human infant thymocytes followed by Sézary T cells as immunogen.

Reactivity has been demonstrated with human and chimpanzee samples. The laboratory reagent is supplied as a clear liquid in a phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin, and was purified by affinity chromatography. The solution is free of unconjugated PerCP-Cy5.5. Flow cytometry is the verified and reported application, with a suggested use of ≤ 5 μL (0.5 μg) per 1 × 10⁶ cells in 100 μL volume; titration is recommended for optimal performance. The antibody has also been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with several EasySep™ kits.

For stability, the product should be stored at 2 - 8°C undiluted and must not be frozen; protect from prolonged exposure to light.
