Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, PR, 25tests

STEMCELL Technologies offers this PerCP-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody targeting the CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex. Clone UCHT1, of isotype IgG1 kappa and raised in BALB/c mice, reacts with the ~20 kDa CD3ε chain expressed on the surface of mature T cells and NKT cells. The antibody was generated against human infant thymocytes followed by Sézary T cells, purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PerCP under optimal conditions; the solution is reported free of unconjugated PerCP and unconjugated antibody. Flow cytometry is listed as a verified application.

Supplied as a clear liquid in phosphate-buffered solution at pH 7.2 containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) bovine serum albumin, the reagent is stable at 2 – 8 °C when stored undiluted. The manufacturer advises not to freeze the product and to protect it from prolonged exposure to light. For flow cytometry staining, the suggested use is ≤ 5 μL per 1 × 10^6 cells in 100 μL, with titration recommended for optimal performance in each application.
