Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, PR, 100tests

A PerCP-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets the CD3 antigen, also referred to as CD3e, CD3epsilon, or T3. Clone UCHT1 is a mouse (BALB/c) IgG1, kappa antibody raised against human infant thymocytes followed by Sézary T cells, and it reacts with human and chimpanzee CD3.

Verified for flow cytometry, the reagent is supplied as a phosphate-buffered solution at pH 7.2 containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) bovine serum albumin. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with PerCP under optimal conditions, and the solution is free of unconjugated PerCP and unconjugated antibody. The manufacturer suggests ≤ 5 μL per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL for flow cytometry and recommends titrating for each application. The antibody has been cited in published studies for additional applications including functional assays, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation.

The product is stable at 2 - 8°C when stored undiluted; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the preparation is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under GHS.
