Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, PE, 100tests

A phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody supplied by STEMCELL Technologies, Clone UCHT1, targets the CD3ε subunit (~20 kDa) of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex. The reagent reacts with human and chimpanzee CD3 and is verified for flow cytometry. The clone has been used to assess the purity of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, including EasySep™ Direct Human T Cell Isolation Kit, EasySep™ Human CD3 Positive Selection Kit II (partial blocking may be observed), EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood T Cell Enrichment Kit, and EasySep™ Human CD2 Positive Selection Kit II.

The antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.2) containing 0.09% sodium azide, 0.1% gelatin, and less than 0.2% (w/v) bovine serum albumin. It was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions, and the solution is free of unconjugated PE. The product is stored undiluted at 2–8 °C, protected from prolonged exposure to light, and should not be frozen; it remains stable until the expiry date on the label. For flow cytometry, the manufacturer suggests ≤ 0.06 µg per 1 × 10^6 cells in 100 µL, with titration recommended for optimal performance in each application.
