Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, FI, 500tests

A fluorescein isthiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone UCHT1, used in flow cytometry to detect the CD3 complex on human T lymphocytes. CD3 is a defining surface marker of mature T cells and associates with the T cell receptor; staining with this reagent enables enumeration of CD3+ T cell subsets in peripheral blood, bone marrow, or dissociated tissue preparations, and supports downstream multicolor panel design when combined with other fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies.

Each vial is calibrated for 500 tests at typical staining volumes, and the conjugate is suitable for direct immunofluorescence workflows on whole blood or isolated mononuclear cells, followed by washing and acquisition on a flow cytometer equipped with a 488 nm blue laser. The UCHT1 clone is widely referenced in human immunology research and recognizes an epitope on the CD3ε chain. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
