STEMCELL Technologies offers a FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3, clone UCHT1. The antibody reacts with the CD3 epsilon subunit of the human T-cell receptor/CD3 complex. This complex is expressed on the surface of mature T cells and NKT cells and variably on thymocytes.

Flow cytometry is a verified application, while immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry are reported applications. The antibody is supplied in a phosphate-buffered solution, purified by affinity chromatography, and free of unconjugated FITC. The product is stable at 2 - 8°C when stored undiluted.
