Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, FI, 100tests

A monoclonal antibody reagent supplied by STEMCELL Technologies for research use. Clone UCHT1 specifically recognizes the CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex and is provided as a FITC conjugate. The antibody is of mouse IgG1, kappa isotype and has been validated by flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including labeling of T cells processed with the EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood T Cell Enrichment Kit and related CD3 Positive Selection workflows.

The product is a clear liquid laboratory reagent that is not considered hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is not regulated for transport by DOT, TDG, IATA, or IMDG. It is supplied by STEMCELL Technologies Canada Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
