Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, BT, 100µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this Biotin-conjugated antibody, Clone UCHT1, reacts with the CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex. It is supplied as a clear liquid laboratory reagent and is not classified as hazardous under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).

Flow cytometry validation data have been generated on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, buffy coat nucleated cells, and whole blood nucleated cells, with biotinylated detection carried out using streptavidin. The UCHT1 reagent is part of a broader STEMCELL Technologies antibody family that includes Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, FITC, PE, PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5, and unconjugated formats. Supported workflows include immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human T cells from whole blood, HetaSep™-treated whole blood, or washed leukapheresis samples using EasySep™ kits.
