The UCHT1 clone monoclonal antibody binds the human CD3 epsilon chain expressed on mature T lymphocytes, enabling discrimination of T cells from B cells and NK cells during multicolor immunophenotyping. Conjugated to a fluorochrome for direct detection, this STEMCELL Technologies reagent is validated for flow cytometry on fresh or cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells, splenocyte suspensions, and cultured lymphoid lines. The 500-test vial format supports longitudinal donor studies and high-parameter panels that combine CD3 with co-stimulatory, activation, and memory markers such as CD4, CD8, CD45RA, and CCR7.
