Anti-Hu CD3, UCHT1, 100µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this monoclonal antibody (clone UCHT1) reacts with the CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor/CD3 complex. It is a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype antibody intended for research use as a laboratory reagent.

The antibody is validated for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with available conjugations including Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, PerCP, and PerCP-Cy5.5, as well as an unconjugated format. It is also used in conjunction with EasySep™ cell selection kits for isolating CD3+ T cells from whole blood, buffy coat, and washed leukapheresis samples.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
