Anti-Hu CD3, OKT3, UC, 100µg

A monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone OKT3, recognizes an extracellular conformational epitope on the ~20 kDa CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex. The antibody is of mouse IgG2a, kappa isotype and is available in FITC, APC, and unconjugated formats for flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). It is also referenced as part of workflows for immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human T cells, including direct isolation from whole blood.

Intended as a laboratory reagent, the product is supplied as a clear liquid. It is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). Storage conditions are detailed on the Product Information Sheet (PIS).
