Validation data from the manufacturer show flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labeled with the FITC-conjugated antibody alongside a mouse IgG2a, kappa FITC isotype control antibody, with viable lymphocytes gated for analysis.
