Anti-Hu CD3, OKT3, FI, 100tests

A FITC-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone OKT3, targets an extracellular conformational epitope on the ~20 kDa CD3ε subunit of the human T cell receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex. The antibody is of mouse IgG2a, kappa isotype and is intended for standard flow cytometric detection of human T cells, compatible with common FITC channels.

Representative flow cytometry data show labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with the FITC conjugate in comparison with a mouse IgG2a, kappa FITC isotype control antibody, with viable lymphocytes gated for analysis. The reagent is designed to support research workflows including the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human T cells from PBMCs and the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human T cells directly from whole blood.
