Description
STEMCELL Technologies offers this Anti-Human CD25 Antibody, Clone BC96, which targets CD25 (also known as the IL-2R-α-chain or Tac antigen), the low-affinity receptor for Interleukin-2 (IL-2). CD25 is expressed on antigen or mitogen-activated T cells.
The antibody is used in flow cytometry analysis of PHA-L-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and is available conjugated to FITC, PE, APC, or Alexa Fluor® 488. Staining is compared against the Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MOPC-21.
The product also supports immunomagnetic positive selection or depletion of human CD25+ cells from fresh PBMCs or lysed leukapheresis samples.
