Anti-Hu CD25, BC96, AD, 25tests

STEMCELL Technologies provides an antibody targeting CD25 (IL-2R-α-chain, Tac antigen), the low-affinity receptor for Interleukin-2 (IL-2). CD25 is expressed on antigen or mitogen-activated T cells. Designated Clone BC96, this Anti-Human CD25 Antibody has been validated for flow cytometry analysis of PHA-L-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

According to the manufacturer, the reagent supports immunomagnetic positive selection or depletion of human CD25+ cells from fresh PBMCs or lysed leukapheresis samples. Flow cytometry data demonstrate labeling of PHA-L-activated PBMCs with the antibody in multiple formats, including FITC, PE, APC, and Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugates, with Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MOPC-21 used as a control. Where a secondary reagent was applied, a rat anti-mouse IgG1 antibody, FITC was used. Detailed directions for use are provided in the Product Information Sheet.
