Anti-Hu CD20, 2H7, AZ, 100tests

This mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody from STEMCELL Technologies recognizes human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD20 and is offered as Clone 2H7. According to the manufacturer, CD20 is expressed on a subset of T and B cells and some follicular dendritic cells, and Clone 2H7 has been verified for cell separation and flow cytometry.

The reagent is conjugated to APC and is supplied as a clear liquid intended as a laboratory reagent for research use only. It is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). Demonstrated applications include flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and buffy coat cells, used as a direct stain and in combination with EasySep™ cell selection workflows such as the Human CD19 Positive Selection Kit and the HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD3 Positive Selection Kit.
