Anti-Hu CD2, RPA-2.10, PE, 100tests

This PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone RPA-2.10, recognizes CD2, an approximately 50 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The reagent has been characterized for flow cytometry applications using human buffy coat cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), and has been applied to assess purity of isolated fractions obtained with the EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit. Flow cytometry comparisons were performed using a mouse IgG1, kappa PE isotype control antibody.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid intended for use as a laboratory reagent.
