Anti-Hu CD2, RPA-2.10, FI, 100tests

STEMCELL Technologies lists the Anti-Human CD2 antibody clone RPA-2.10 in the FI format. This mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody reacts with CD2, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.

CD2 is broadly expressed on peripheral T and NK cells, dendritic cells, erythrocytes, most thymic T cells, subsets of thymic B cells, and the endothelium. RPA-2.10 is reported to block the mixed lymphocyte reaction and has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with selected EasySep CD3 kits. The manufacturer also presents flow-cytometry data from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
