Anti-Hu CD2, RPA-2.10, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this antibody reagent is the Anti-Human CD2 Antibody, Clone RPA-2.10. It recognises CD2, an approximately 50 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily.

The reagent is offered in several formats suitable for flow cytometry, including conjugates to APC, biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP, along with an unconjugated preparation. Representative data illustrate labelling of human buffy coat cells and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The antibody has also been applied to PBMCs processed with the EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit, supporting its use in cell isolation workflows.
