Anti-Hu CD19, HIB19, PS, 25tests

A monoclonal antibody, clone HIB19, from STEMCELL Technologies targets the human CD19 antigen, which is expressed on the surface of B cells. The antibody is conjugated to PerCP-Cy5.5 and is supplied as a clear liquid laboratory reagent.

The manufacturer indicates this reagent is suitable for applications including cell isolation and flow cytometry. Supporting flow cytometry data show labeling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and of cells processed with the EasySep™ Human CD19 Positive Selection Kit, with mouse IgG1, kappa isotype controls included for comparison.

The product is classified as a laboratory reagent and is not considered hazardous according to the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.
