Anti-Hu CD19, HIB19, BT, 25µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody, clone HIB19, is biotin-conjugated and specific for human and chimpanzee CD19, an ~95 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of B cells throughout all stages of development, from early pre-B cells to plasma cells. The antigen is also found on follicular dendritic cells.

The antibody was raised against human CD19 purified from tonsil and is verified for flow cytometry, where it is suitable for use in cell isolation workflows, including purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits. Supplied at 0.5 mg/mL as a clear liquid, the preparation is classified as a laboratory reagent and is not a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
