Anti-Hu CD184 (CXCR4), 12G5, PE, 100t

A mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone 12G5, conjugated to PE (phycoerythrin), targets human CD184 (CXCR4), an ~45 kDa seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor expressed on T and B cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial and epithelial cells, astrocytes, and neurons. The antibody also reacts with rhesus, cynomolgus, baboon, chimpanzee, African green monkey, and sooty mangabey CD184.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions; the solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody. It is formulated as a phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) bovine serum albumin. Clone 12G5 has been verified for flow cytometry (FC) and reported for FC and FACS. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is 5 μL per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL or per 100 μL of whole blood; titration is recommended for optimal performance for each application.

The product is stable at 2 - 8°C when stored undiluted; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light.
