Anti-Hu CD16, 3G8, 50µg

A monoclonal antibody supplied by STEMCELL Technologies, the 3G8 clone reacts with human CD16 and has been verified for flow cytometry and cell separation. It is a mouse IgG1, kappa antibody with reported reactivity across a panel of non-human primate species and human.

According to manufacturer information, the reagent is available both unconjugated and conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488, APC, biotin, FITC, and PE. Listed applications include flow cytometry, cell separation, depletion, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, neutralization and blocking, functional assays, and CyTOF. Target cell types include granulocytes and their subpopulations as well as monocytes, within the immunology research area.

The safety data sheet describes the preparation as a clear liquid that is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).
