Anti-Hu CD14, M5E2, FI, 25tests

A laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies designed for flow cytometry applications. CD14 is described as a useful marker for distinguishing monocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes, and the antibody, Clone M5E2, has been validated by flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and human whole blood nucleated cells, including in workflows using EasySep™ selection kits. The product is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is intended for use within the Stem Cell Identification & Isolation research area.
