Anti-Hu CD138, MI15, AZ, 25tests

This APC-conjugated antibody, Clone MI15, from STEMCELL Technologies targets CD138 (Syndecan-1) and reacts with an extracellular epitope on the molecule. It has been verified for flow cytometry applications. Validation data presented by the manufacturer uses human U266 myeloma cells, including experiments in which U266 cells were isolated with the EasySep™ Human CD138 Positive Selection Kit from a mixed population of U266 cells and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Labelling is shown against a mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control.

The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).
