Anti-Hu CD123, 6H6, UC, 100µg

This unconjugated purified antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets human CD123 (IL-3 receptor subunit α) and is provided as the 6H6 clone. According to the manufacturer, it has been verified for purity assessment of isolated cells and is referenced as part of a workflow for the immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

The antibody has been validated by the manufacturer for flow cytometry applications, with demonstrated staining of human PBMCs across multiple conjugated formats including APC, biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP-Cy5.5. In one described experiment, the PE-conjugated form was used together with an anti-IgE antibody to analyze whole blood nucleated cells processed with the EasySep™ Human Basophil Enrichment Kit.
