Anti-Hu CD123, 6H6, BT, 100µg

A biotinylated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies directed against human CD123 (IL-3 receptor subunit α). The reagent, clone 6H6, is verified for purity assessment of isolated cells and is suited to flow cytometry workflows that use streptavidin-based detection, as well as immunoassays and labelling applications that benefit from signal amplification.

Supplied as a clear liquid for laboratory research use only, the product is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. It is stable under normal conditions and should be stored tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. The product is not regulated for transport by DOT, TDG, MEX, ICAO, IATA, IMDG, RID, ADR or ADN.

Representative flow cytometry data show staining of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs, gated on lymphocytes) when the biotin conjugate is paired with a streptavidin-fluorophore secondary reagent. Users should pair the antibody with appropriate streptavidin conjugates and isotype controls to validate staining specificity.
