Anti-Hu CD11b, ICRF44, PE, 25tests

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this mouse monoclonal antibody targeting CD11b (integrin αM), a marker used to distinguish naïve and memory CD8+ T cells. The reagent is produced as clone ICRF44 and is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE), supporting detection by flow cytometry.

The PE-conjugated antibody has been verified for flow cytometry (FC) on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with specificity demonstrated against a mouse IgG1, kappa PE isotype control antibody. Manufacturer data also present flow cytometry results for the same ICRF44 clone in additional conjugate formats.

The preparation is supplied as a clear liquid. According to its Safety Data Sheet, it is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and is stable under normal conditions. It is not regulated for transport by DOT, TDG, MEX, ICAO, IATA, IMDG, RID, ADR, or ADN.
