CD11b (integrin aM) is described by the manufacturer as a marker used to distinguish naïve and memory CD8+ T cells, and the mouse monoclonal antibody, clone ICRF44, has been verified for flow cytometry (FC). Flow cytometry data from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labeled with the PE-conjugated antibody, in comparison with a mouse IgG1, kappa PE isotype control, are presented in the manufacturer's product figures.
