Anti-Hu CD11b, ICRF44, BT, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this biotin-conjugated antibody against human CD11b (integrin αM), using clone ICRF44. The clone reacts with an extracellular CD11b epitope; CD11b associates non-covalently with CD18 to form the heterodimeric Mac-1 receptor.

The mouse IgG1, kappa antibody is listed for cell isolation, CyTOF, flow cytometry, functional assays, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and Western blotting. ICRF44 is also reported to inhibit leukocyte aggregation in response to the chemoattractant fMLP.

CD11b is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, NK cells, dendritic cells, tissue macrophages, and subsets of T and B cells, and has been used as a marker to distinguish naïve and memory CD8+ T cells. The clone has been verified for labeling human mesenchymal cells grown in MesenCult Proliferation Kit and MesenCult-XF Medium.
