Anti-Hu CD11b, ICRF44, AZ, 25tests

STEMCELL Technologies offers an Anti-Human CD11b Antibody, Clone ICRF44, a mouse monoclonal IgG1, kappa antibody that targets CD11b (integrin αM). CD11b is an ~170 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates non-covalently with CD18 to form the heterodimeric Mac-1 receptor and has been used as a marker to distinguish naïve and memory CD8+ T cells. The antibody is reported to inhibit leukocyte aggregation in response to the chemoattractant fMLP, and the clone has been verified for labeling human mesenchymal cells grown in MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit (Human) and MesenCult™-XF Medium.

The Clone ICRF44 antibody has been verified for flow cytometry on human cells. It is available in conjugated formats including Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, biotin, FITC, and PE, as well as unconjugated, supporting research applications such as cell separation, CyTOF, flow cytometry, functional assays, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and Western blot. The antibody reacts with baboon, chimpanzee, common marmoset, cynomolgus monkey, human, pig, and rhesus monkey samples, and is supplied as a clear liquid laboratory reagent for research use only.
