Anti-Hu CD11b, ICRF44, AD, 100tests

This research-use reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated monoclonal antibody targeting human CD11b (integrin aM), supplied as a clear liquid. The mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody, clone ICRF44, has been verified for flow cytometry and is described as a marker used to distinguish naïve and memory CD8+ T cells. Validation data for the Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate are shown by flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with a mouse IgG1, kappa Alexa Fluor® 488 isotype control antibody used for comparison.
