The reagent is verified for flow cytometry and has been demonstrated on human erythroleukemia (HEL) cells, human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, and human embryonic stem (ES) cells differentiated toward definitive endoderm using the STEMdiff™ Definitive Endoderm Kit; co-expression of CD117 and CD184 may be monitored to track the emergence of definitive endoderm.
