From STEMCELL Technologies comes an APC-conjugated flow cytometry reagent targeting human CD117 (c-Kit), a transmembrane receptor for c-Kit ligand. Identified as Clone 104D2, the antibody is verified for flow cytometry and has been demonstrated on human erythroleukemia (HEL) cells, human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, and human embryonic stem (ES) cells, including protocols used to monitor the emergence of definitive endoderm by co-expression of CD117 and CD184.

The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid. According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200), contains no substances considered hazardous to health at their given concentration, and is stable under normal conditions.
