Anti-Hu CD105, SN6h, AZ, 25 Tests

STEMCELL Technologies provides this mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody, clone SN6h, which targets human CD105 (endoglin). According to the manufacturer, CD105 is a 180 kDa cell-surface glycoprotein that exists as a disulfide-bonded homodimer composed of approximately 90 kDa type I transmembrane subunits. The reagent is an AZ-conjugate and is described as suitable for flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging workflows.

The manufacturer illustrates use of the antibody in flow cytometry analysis of human mesenchymal stromal cells derived from bone marrow, umbilical cord, adipose tissue, induced pluripotent stem cells, and dental pulp, with cells cultured in MesenCult™-ACF Plus Medium.
