Anti-Hu CD10, FR4D11, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this unconjugated mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody specific for human CD10, raised in BALB/c mice (clone FR4D11). The antibody reacts with CD10, a 100 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein that functions as a cell-surface neutral metalloendopeptidase. CD10, also known as CALLA, enkephalinase, gp100, MME, neprilysin, and NEP, is expressed on cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitt, and follicular germinal center lymphomas, on immature and transitional B cells in adult bone marrow, and on blast cells from patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). It is also present on breast myoepithelial cells, bile canaliculi, fibroblasts on the brush border of the kidney, and gut epithelial cells.

The antibody was raised against the human Raji (Burkitt lymphoma) lymphoblast cell line, purified by affinity chromatography, and supplied in phosphate-buffered saline. It has been verified for flow cytometry (FC) and is reported for use in FACS, FC, IHC, IP, and WB. It is suitable for immunohistochemistry staining of frozen tissue sections but not paraffin-embedded sections. According to STEMCELL Technologies, the suggested use for flow cytometry is between 1 and 3 µg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 µL, and titration is recommended for optimal performance for each application.

The product is stable when stored undiluted at 2 - 8°C; do not freeze. Per the manufacturer's safety documentation, the liquid reagent is classified as not hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and is not a hazardous substance or mixture according to the GHS.
