Anti-Hu ACE2, AC18F, TD, 100tests

ACE2 (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2) is a key carboxypeptidase expressed on epithelial, endothelial, and immune cell surfaces, and is widely studied as the cellular entry receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and related coronaviruses. The AC18F clone, conjugated to a tandem dye (TD) fluorochrome, is offered by STEMCELL Technologies as a 100-test vial for direct immunophenotyping of ACE2-expressing cells. The reagent is validated for flow cytometry and supports multicolor panel design when combined with other fluorochrome-labeled antibodies. It can be applied to peripheral blood mononuclear cells, tissue-derived leukocytes, or engineered cell lines expressing recombinant ACE2. A typical sample volume of 100 uL per test is recommended, with 5 uL of antibody added and adjusted by titration. Store refrigerated at 2-8°C, protected from light, and do not freeze. The antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported with mouse or rat ACE2 orthologs under standard flow cytometry conditions. For research use only.
