Anti-Hu 25, BC96, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers the Anti-Human CD25 Antibody, Clone BC96, which recognizes CD25 (also known as IL-2R-α-chain or Tac antigen), the low-affinity receptor for Interleukin-2 (IL-2). CD25 is expressed on antigen- or mitogen-activated T cells, making this reagent suitable for studies of T cell activation.

The antibody is intended for flow cytometry and has been demonstrated on PHA-L-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), with results shown for conjugates including FITC, PE, APC, and Alexa Fluor® 488, each paired with a Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Antibody (Clone MOPC-21) as a negative control.

According to the manufacturer, this product supports workflows involving immunomagnetic positive selection or depletion of human CD25+ cells from fresh PBMCs or lysed leukapheresis samples.
