ZNF668 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the detection and quantification of ZNF668 (zinc finger protein 668) levels in cell lysates, serum, and plasma samples, as well as in adherent cells. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm and is reactive with human and mouse samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It is supplied in a 96-well microplate format and is intended to be stored at 4°C for 6 Months.
