Human CD26/DPP4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich (double antibody) ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human CD26, also known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4). The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other biological fluids, delivering a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Detection relies on a biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate and consists of a 90-minute sample incubation at 37 °C, a 60-minute biotin-antibody step, a 30-minute SABC step, and a 10–20 minute TMB development step before the reaction is stopped and the plate is read. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C (TMB and conjugate reagents protected from light), and the kit is intended for research use only.

Reported linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions spans 80–104% in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, while spike-and-recovery averages fall between 94% and 97% across the same matrices. The assay is suited to studies of immune regulation, T-cell activation, inflammation, autoimmune disease, cancer and metabolic disorders where CD26/DPP4 is implicated (UniProt P27487).
