ZNF147 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit enables qualitative detection of ZNF147 protein expression directly in cultured cells, with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format: a ZNF147-specific primary antibody captures the target, and an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody binds the Fc region of that primary, catalysing a colour change upon substrate addition. The kit is reactive with human samples, has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and is supplied in a 96-well microplate format suitable for adherent cell workflows.

ZNF147, also known as TRIM25 and zinc finger protein 147, is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. It functions as an E3 ubiquitin/ISG15 ligase and is implicated in processes including positive regulation of the I-kappaB kinase/NF-kappaB cascade, protein ubiquitination, response to estrogen stimulus, innate immune response, and defence response to virus, with the human gene located at chromosomal position 17q23.2.
