ZAP-70 (Phospho-Tyr315)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports the qualitative detection of phosphorylated ZAP-70 (Tyr315) in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which the target is captured by ZAP-70 (Phospho-Tyr315)-specific primary antibodies, while Dye-1-conjugated and Dye-2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, enabling fluorescent emission at Ex/Em 651/667 nm and 495/521 nm. The kit is described as lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive, and is intended for monitoring ZAP-70 phosphorylation and expression profiles in cells, as well as screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) and activators on ZAP-70 phosphorylation.

Reactivity is reported for Human and Mouse samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is supplied as an internal positive control to normalize target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of ZAP-70 (Tyr315) is provided for additional normalization. The stated dynamic range is > 5000 Cells, and storage is at 4°C with a stability of 6 Months.
