The Assay Genie HIV-P24 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables this measurement in research specimens, applying matched capture and detection antibodies immobilized on a microplate to produce an absorbance-based read-out whose intensity is proportional to p24 concentration in the loaded specimen.
