VEGFR2 (Phospho-Tyr1175)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A high-throughput cell-based assay from Assay Genie enables qualitative measurement of phosphorylated Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 at tyrosine 1175 directly in cultured cells, without the need for lysate preparation. The kit targets VEGFR2 (Phospho-Tyr1175) and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research into angiogenesis and related signalling pathways.

Detection is achieved by an indirect ELISA format, in which phospho-specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colorimetric reaction at 450 nm.
