VEGFR2 (Phospho-Tyr1059)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed to monitor phosphorylation of VEGFR2 at Tyr1059 and to profile VEGFR2 expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture Phospho-VEGFR2 (Tyr1059), and Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies enable fluorescence readout at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521.

The kit is lysate-free, high-throughput, and suitable for measuring relative amounts of phosphorylated VEGFR2 in cells, as well as screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (e.g. siRNA or chemicals), or activators on VEGFR2 phosphorylation. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. Storage is at 4°C for 6 months.

Two normalization reagents are included: a monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of VEGFR2 (Phospho-Tyr1059) for normalizing RFU values.
