Description
Assay Genie’s Vedolizumab (Entyvio®) ELISA Kit is a colorimetric, free-drug ELISA for the quantitative determination of vedolizumab in human serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich-enzyme immunosorbent assay: samples are incubated in a microtitre plate coated with reactant for vedolizumab, followed by washing, addition of a horse-radish-peroxidase-conjugated probe, and chromogenic substrate detection. Results are determined using the standard curve.
