Ustekinumab (Stelara®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric free-drug ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of Ustekinumab (Stelara®) in human serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich ELISA in which samples and standards are incubated in a microtitre plate coated with reactant for Ustekinumab.

After incubation and washing, a horse-radish-peroxidase-conjugated probe binds to Ustekinumab captured on the plate. Chromogen-substrate detection then produces colour proportional to the amount of Ustekinumab in the sample or standard, allowing results to be determined directly from the standard curve. The listed detection limit is 3 ng/mL, with spike recovery of 85- 115%, a total time of 70 min, and a shelf life of 1 year.
