ULK1 ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie ULK1 ELISA Sampler Kit is a multipack configuration delivering 4 x 48 assays (192 wells total) for profiling analytes linked to the ULK1 autophagy signaling axis. ULK1 (Unc-51 Like Autophagy Activating Kinase 1) is a roughly 112 kDa serine/threonine kinase that initiates autophagosome biogenesis and acts downstream of mTOR, making it a focal target in studies of cellular autophagy, mitophagy, and nutrient-sensing pathways.

This sampler format lets investigators benchmark several candidate analytes in parallel on a single lot, reducing inter-assay variability when comparing autophagy-related biomarkers in cancer, neurodegeneration, and metabolic disease research.
