The Tyro/Axl/Mer Activation ELISA Sampler Kit from Assay Genie provides an integrated research workflow for profiling the activation state of three TAM family receptor tyrosine kinases—Tyro3, Axl, and Mer—in matched samples. Each sampler ships with four individual 48-well microplates, giving 192 wells across the panel, so laboratories can quantify phosphorylated Tyro3, phosphorylated Axl, and phosphorylated Mer without running separate experiments.

TAM receptors are widely investigated for their roles in efferocytosis, immune tolerance, viral entry, and tumor cell survival, and parallel activation profiling is increasingly used in oncology, virology, and immunology research. The kit is compatible with cell culture lysates, tissue homogenates, and human serum, requiring a 100 µL sample volume per well.
