TREM2-dependent mTOR Metabolic Fitness ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie TREM2-dependent mTOR Metabolic Fitness ELISA Sampler Kit targets the signaling axis connecting microglial TREM2 receptor activity to downstream mTOR-driven metabolic outputs, a pathway of central interest in Alzheimer's disease and neurodegeneration research. The sampler combines 8 individual 48-well microplate ELISA panels, each profiling a discrete analyte in the TREM2-mTOR network, including soluble TREM2, phosphorylated mTOR pathway effectors, and secreted cytokines indicative of microglial metabolic state. Each strip plate can be run independently, enabling researchers to allocate the 384 available wells across multiple experimental cohorts.
